How quickly can a taxi reach me in Leonberg?

Within the Leonberg city area, we're usually with you in 5–10 minutes. It may take a bit longer during rush hour or in snow or heavy rain.

Can I book a ride in advance?

Yes, and for important appointments we strongly recommend it. We schedule airport transfers, doctor's appointments, or early train connections with a fixed pickup time.

How far in advance should I book?

A few hours is enough for a normal ride. For airport trips, minivans, or early-morning pickups, we recommend at least 24 hours' notice.

What information do you need for a booking?

Name, phone number, pickup address, destination, date and time, and the number of passengers. If you need anything extra — a child seat, a larger vehicle, a lot of luggage — just let us know when you book.

Can I book via WhatsApp?

Yes. Right now, WhatsApp booking works for medical transport and similar rides.

Will I get a booking confirmation?

For advance bookings, we confirm the ride by text, WhatsApp, or email with the date, time, and pickup location.

Can I book a ride for someone else?

Of course. Just give us that person's name and phone number so our driver can reach them on site.

Can I book several rides at once?

Yes — a round trip, for example, or recurring appointments. For regular rides, we're happy to set up a standing schedule for you.

Is there an app for booking?

No, there isn't currently. The fastest way is by phone at 07152 26621 — we're reachable around the clock. You can also use the booking form on our website.

Can I just get in at a taxi rank without booking ahead?

Yes. You'll find us at, among other places, the taxi rank at the train station or the Leo-Center. A free taxi is marked by its lit rooftop sign.

What if I can't find the taxi?

Just call us — we'll put you in direct contact with the driver or tell you exactly where the car is.

Can I request a specific driver?

We try to accommodate requests for a particular driver, but depending on the shift schedule we can't always guarantee it.

Do your drivers speak other languages?

Our drivers speak German as well as English, Greek, Albanian, Turkish, Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian. International guests generally have no trouble communicating with us.

Rides in Leonberg and the surrounding area
Which parts of Leonberg do you serve?

We cover the entire city area: Leonberg-Mitte, Eltingen, Ramtel, Höfingen, Gebersheim, Warmbronn, and Silberberg.

Do you also drive to the surrounding towns?

Yes. We regularly drive to Rutesheim, Renningen, Weil der Stadt, Gerlingen, Ditzingen, Korntal-Münchingen, Magstadt, Sindelfingen, and Böblingen.

Do you go to Stuttgart?

Yes — trips to Stuttgart, including the city center, Vaihingen, Feuerbach, Zuffenhausen, Bad Cannstatt, and every other district, are part of our daily business.

What does a ride within Leonberg cost?

Within the city we bill according to the official taxi tariff set by the Böblingen district. A typical trip across town runs around €8.

Is there a minimum fare?

The fare is made up of a base rate plus a per-kilometer rate, as shown on the meter.

Do you also do short trips?

Yes, every ride is welcome with us — even a short hop to the station, the doctor, or the shopping center.

Can I make stops along the way?

Yes. Just let the driver know. Short waiting periods during a stop are billed at the standard waiting-time rate.

Do you pick up right at the door?

Yes, we drive right up to the entrance whenever the road allows it. If needed, our driver will help with getting in and out and with luggage.

Do you go to remote addresses or industrial areas?

Yes, we'll drive to any address reachable by car — including businesses in industrial parks, construction sites, or forest parking areas.

Do you offer city tours or day trips?

Yes, we can take you to destinations around the region — Ludwigsburg Palace, the Wilhelma zoo, or Maulbronn Monastery, for example — and wait for you on site if you'd like.

Prices, rates, and billing
How is the fare calculated?

The price is made up of a base rate, a per-kilometer rate, and — where applicable — a waiting-time charge. All rides within the mandatory service area are billed according to the officially regulated taxi tariff.

Who sets taxi prices?

Rates within the mandatory service area are set by the Böblingen district. We're not permitted to deviate from them, up or down.

Can I get a fixed price in advance?

For rides outside the mandatory service area — long-distance and airport trips, for example — we're happy to agree on a binding fixed price. Just call us for a quote.

How can I pay?

Cash, EC card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Can I pay by card even for small amounts?

Yes, there's no minimum amount for card payments with us.

Will I get a receipt?

Of course. On request you'll receive a receipt showing VAT, which you can submit to your employer or the tax office.

Do you issue invoices for business customers?

Yes. Business clients can ride on account with us and receive a monthly consolidated invoice.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is optional, never required. If you're happy with our service, though, our drivers certainly appreciate it.

Does luggage cost extra?

Carry-on bags and standard suitcases are included in the fare.

What does waiting time cost?

Waiting time is billed by the minute at the standard rate. For planned waiting periods — before a doctor's appointment, for example — we're happy to agree on a flat rate in advance.

Is the return leg charged on long-distance trips?

For trips outside the mandatory service area, an empty return leg may be factored into the price. With our fixed-price offers, everything is already included — no surprises added on.

Do I have to pay tolls or parking fees?

Any toll, ferry, or parking charges are billed separately on long-distance and international trips, unless they're already included in a fixed price.

Can I find out the fare in advance?

Yes. Just tell us the starting point and destination, and we'll work out an approximate price or a binding fixed-price quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Not for normal rides. For very long trips or international journeys, we may agree on a deposit.

Airport, train station, and trade fair transfers
Do you go to Stuttgart Airport?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Can we take breaks along the way?

Smaller loads fit in our minivans. For a full move with bulky furniture, a dedicated moving company is the better choice.
